"We recently stayed at this lovely Villa which is situated in a secure gated community, there were 9 of us in total (6 adults 3 young children) it was very spacious but at the same time homely. The amount of bathrooms was excellent and everyone had their own space. The villa was well equipped and detailed instructions for everything you need to know are in the house folder. The pool (great supply of towels) was great and enjoyed by all as were the air hockey, pool tables and game console for winding down in the evenings! There are many restaurants/takeaways within a few miles for when you want a night off cooking! We were unfortunate to experience hurricane Ian while we were there and the owners themselves were excellent, they kept in touch with us over the few days it lasted to make sure that we were all safe and well, it was great that they had left a list of all the things you would need to know in this situation in the folder. Thankfully we only experienced heavy rain and very strong winds. I would definitely recommend this home from home for a family vacation."

"The house was very nice and accommodated our group of ten adults very well for two weeks. We spent a lot of time outside and in the pool. The game room was also great! We played darts, air hockey and pool. There were four tennis rackets, so our group enjoyed playing tennis also. There were also pool noodles, chairs for the beach, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Pictures are very accurate. The owner and property managers were all very easy to work with. We would stay here again."

"The is an outstanding vacation rental - high quality for a very good price compared with many alternatives. As the screened in pool area backs onto a wildlife management area, we were treated to a great show of wildlife to include daily visits of Sandhill Cranes in the morning and Barred Owls at night."

"My family decided to get away and wanted a house where we could spend most of our week not just comfortably, but with enough amenities to give us entertainment options, as well. We wanted to go somewhere and relax, and stay away from the theme park madness. This house exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze, the owner and management company were responsive (and quick), getting back to my emails and calls (just a couple of questions I had) immediately or almost immediately. The setup was truly perfect for my family, which has an age range of 13 to 91. The identical master/en suite setup downstairs and upstairs was ideal, as my elderly mother could have a suite and my wife and I could, as well. The other bedrooms were large, and the (three) kids were glad to each have a room to him/herself. The pool was heated to just the right temperature (not cold, not lukewarm; just at the refreshingly cool point), and the attached hot tub got nice and warm after running the jets for 30 minutes or so. The patio is well set up with shade nearly all day for reading (or just sitting outside and watching the wild turkeys), while the pool is in sunlight almost all day."

"We wanted a place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Orlando proper. This home fit the bill. It was a drive to the parks 20-45 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic. Just user your gps and don't be afraid to try different routes. We also went to Siesta Key twice and it was a manageable 2 hour drive. The house had more than enough room for us and the pool was refreshing."
